Are You Able to Tune Both the Modes for the PWR Button?

Yes.

The PWR button uses a different set of tables in the tune so that it has different shift points, transmission line pressure, shift times, and converter lock/unlock points.  Generally from the factory the power mode is designed for towing applications.  Generally, it tends to hold gears longer and leave the converter unlocked when under load to stop the engine laboring.
