Will changing my 3in exhaust with a 2.25in cat back system affect my current custom tune?

The new exhaust will change engine performance somewhat, in particular the torque curve as the twin system should perform better in the low-mid rpm range.  Although the PCM will be able to self-learn to a degree, to get the most from the new exhaust it is suggested you check the tune if the situation is convenient.
