I normally use pen rite but they gone from semi synthetic to full, is it safe to use full synthetic in my engine that has been running semi?

Unless you're running in a new engine, then you'll be able to run full synthetic motor oil in place of the previously used semi synthetic motor oil. If you were running in a new engine then you would want to run mineral oil instead (non synthetic motor oil).
