Does Cold Air Intake lower Manifold Insulator for VL RB30 R31 go between maifold and head and is there a need to replace bolts/studs?

This item goes in between the inlet manifold and cylinder head. Longer bolt/studs are required, however we don't supply these at this point in time.

The manifold insulator is 12mm thick ; the original bolts/studs need to be replaced with longer ones.

Minimum replacement stud length is M8 x 1.25 x 55 (no gaskets, just hylomar or other FIPG), M8 x 1.25 x 60 if you plan to use 2 gaskets -- if unsure, M8 x 1.25 x 65 is still going to fit okay.

Bolts need to be replaced with M8 x 1.25 x 45 items, works with/without gaskets.

There is a single M10 bolt that holds the lower manifold support bracket to the side of the engine block. This bolt also needs to be replaced with a longer item, and a spacer (of at least 12mm thickness) needs to be fitted between the support bracket and block.
