I have a VH commodore with a VN V6 manual engine modifications are balanced blueprinted linished crank crow stage 3 cams and custom tune extractors and performance exhaust I was wondering if it would be beneficial to use your high ratio rockers and if so

Assuming the CROW Cam part number you have is 6071563 or 7741563, based on the specs in the link below, then we would recommend our 1.7:1 ratio rocker instead of our 1.9:1 ratio rockers (Part No: ROC605). This would be dependent on the capacity of your current valve springs though, whether or not they would be able to reliably take the amount of lift that would be required of them http://www.crowcams.com.au/media/catalogues/39.0 Holden V6.pdf
